Trabalhar fins a obt\u00e9ner un mesclad\u00eds blanc\u00e0s. Incorporar pauc a cha pauc : farina, burre fondut, e z\u00e8st de limon. Emplenar pu\u00e8i cada m\u00f2tle a mitat. C\u00f2ire a forn do\u00e7 del temps de cinc a u\u00e8it minutas, pu\u00e8i a forn caud un desenat de minutas.
